Situated on top of the hills of Mytholmroyd, the grade 2* listed property boasts spectacular views up and down the valley and has been faithfully and lovingly restored by its current owners.
A careful and considered design approach was adopted to compliment and emphasise the building and the high quality of restoration work undertaken.

At this stage we have produced 2x A0 masterplan concepts for the clients, each hand drawn and computer rendered. After initial meetings and site visits the brief was fairly open and left to our own interpretation.
The scheme would briefly comprise of several private garden spaces including a roof top terrace, public areas linked to the holiday lets, a large pond with a wild flower meadow, possible stables with a paddock, an orchard and provisions made for growing fruit and vegetables.
In terms of style the two proposed plans have tried to mix contemporary and traditional elements whilst remaining sympathetic to the site and building. At this stage we are trying to lay out the site and give a flavour of the detailed design elements to come.
